Tenant screeningWhat do I need to submit for tenant screening?
WLA asks active members for its current Rental Application, Authorization Form, and a copy of the applicant's photo ID. The applicant must sign both forms. See the three screening steps.
Tenant screeningWhere should I send screening documents?
Send the complete package to only one WLA office by email or fax. Sending it to more than one office can result in duplicate processing and charges. Find office contacts.
Tenant screeningDoes WLA provide a credit score?
WLA says its screening reports do not include a credit score. Its Decision Point Plus report may include a separate applicant score. See report details and prices.
